The Illinois Emerging Technologies Fund invests in the sweet spot of the best new ideas, experienced innovators, and knowledgeable syndicates of co-investors. 2020 Exit | Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines (RVMD) is a therapeutic company based on University of Illinois technology, focusing on new drug discovery and development that harnesses the potential of frontier oncology targets. The company’s academic co-founder, Dr. Martin Burke, is a serial entrepreneur who also founded Sfunga Therapeutics and cystetic Medicines.
In spring 2020, Revolution Medicines filed an initial public offering at $17 per share.
